What is the purpose of your services?
Most of our services are intended to solve simple computer problems which we have faced, which at the time didn’t have a simple and quick solution.

Why use your online services rather than downloading a program online?
If your work involves merging PDFs all the time, downloading a dedicated program might be a better option. However, if you only require occasional merging of PDFs or you are not always using the same computer, you might get the job done quicker with our service. In addition, your computer will be cleaner, with one less software installed on your computer.

What is the difference between your free basic services and the subscription services?
Our subscribed users have higher limits, and can therefore work with larger files, and a higher amount of files. In addition, they login through a secure HTTPS connection, and thus all their files are transferred securely to and back from our server. We've a trusted SSL certfificate which means the web browser will accept it. In summary, our paid customers are less limited, and more secure.
